Responsibilities:

Responsible for problem-solving activities in the area of employment in the company.

a. Implement industrial relations activity

b. Socialize regulations and company policies to employees

c. Ensuring implementation of company rules and procedures set out in the Agreement

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Understand Labor regulation, such as: UU no 13 etc. is an advantaged
• Good verbal communication and empathy
• High Integrity and Dicipline
• Full-Time position(s) available.
